Hi, I'm Lucian, designer, coder, consultant & maker of fine things that live on the internets. I specialise in rich interactive experiences for web and for the past ten years I worked on few award-winning projects.
After 5 years in real estate web development, in 2016 I founded Immo Flux, an online service for real estate brokers to assist them every step of a property listing, from its acquisition to the conclusion of the transaction.

1Information Gathering
This first step is actually the most important one, as it involves a solid understanding of the company it is created for. It involves a good understanding of you – what your business goals and dreams are.
2Planning
Using the information gathered from phase one, it is time to put together a plan for your web site. This is the point where a site map is developed.
3Design
The design stage typically involves moving the information outlined in the planning stage further into reality. The main deliverables are a documented site structure and, more importantly, a visual representation.
4Development
Development involves the bulk of the programming work, as well as loading content . At this time will take all of the individual graphic elements from the prototype and use them to create the actual, functional site.
5Testing and Delivery
The purpose of the testing and delivery phase is to prepare the website for public viewing. This requires final polishing of design elements, deep testing of interactivity and features and, most of all, a consideration of the user experience.
6Maintenance
The development of your web site is not necessarily over, though. One way to bring repeat visitors to your site is to offer new content or products on a regular basis.
